I am practically a SWFL Native—I moved to SWFL over 30 years ago.
I have a background in fabrication and mechanical contracting, electricity, as well as working as a Purchasing Agent for BNI Contractors.
I have been involved in real estate transactions, investing, and remodeling since my early 20s which began my interest in the real estate industry and home inspections.
This experience led me to obtain my Florida Real Estate Sales Associate licence and then my Broker’s license which I utilized for several years as a sales associate for The Prince Group and then a property manager after the market crash.
From there, I decided to be on the opposite side of the real estate transactions and become a home inspector where I knew that I could be successful and make every homeowner and buyer pleased with my level of experience, expertise, and care.
I opened my own business, Class Act Inspections South in June 2016 after shadowing a friend of mine for just over a year who also owned his own inspection company.
I take pride in my work and family and that is why I have chosen this path. Not only am I able to give my clients the TIME it takes to give a thorough and warrantied inspection, I am also able to give TIME to my family.
I am happy to assist you and answer any questions.
Bryan always has my clients best interest at heart. There have been times when my clients decided not to proceed with a purchase due to the findings in Bryan's report. I'm so thankful they didn't end up buying a money pit. Bryan has also found major issues that were immediately brought to the buyers attention. Rather than completing all of the inspections/services that were agreed to, he cut the inspection short, saving the client hundreds of dollars.
